Biography

Mr. Skinner graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a B.S. in Finance. In 2005, he earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He has been a member of the Utah State Bar since 2005, and a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2006. Before joining Scalley Reading, Mr. Skinner practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada and Heber City, Utah. In addition to trial courts, he has appeared in both state and federal appellate courts. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, banking law, real estate law, and appeals.
