Bradley W. Madsen

Bradley Madsen is a seasoned trial and litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including business torts, contract litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, regulatory matters, and appellate advocacy. With more than 15 years of experience, he has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases across a wide range of industries. Mr. Madsen earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as Publications Editor of the Education and Law Journal and competed on the Moot Court team. He is admitted to practice in Utah and Nevada state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Madsen has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Mountain States Rising Star and by Utah Legal Elite for his accomplishments in the legal profession. Mr. Madsen speaks Portuguese.
