Biography

Mr. Picklesimer was born in St. George, Utah. He received a B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Utah in 1997, an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Utah in 2003, and a J.D. from the University of Utah in 2007. Mr. Picklesimer was admitted to the Utah State Bar in October 2007. During law school, Mr. Picklesimer clerked in the Tax & Revenue division of the Utah State Attorney General’s Office. He currently serves as CLE Coordinator of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar.

Soon after admission to the Utah State Bar, Mr. Picklesimer started his own law practice before becoming an associate at Scalley Reading Bates Hansen & Rasmussen, P.C. Mr. Picklesimer’s practice is primarily focused on creditor’s rights (including creditor’s rights in bankruptcy), evictions, all aspects of collection, foreclosure and general commercial litigation matters.
