Matthew Kuehnl

Matthew Kuehnl graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in Vocal Studies at BYU-Hawaii and went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Utah, again graduating summa cum laude. Matthew received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, WA. Matthew practiced law in Washington State for five years before moving back to Utah, his home state, in late 2020.

Matthew has extensive litigation experience and his current areas of practice include insurance defense litigation including personal injury, construction defect, products liability, design professional liability, subrogation, bad faith insurance claims, and insurance coverage disputes.

Matthew’s background in music has allowed him to perform with choirs and in other programs around the world, including at concert venues in Seattle, Washington, Japan, Korea, London, Paris, Italy, Mexico City, Manila and even Carnegie Hall in New York City. Matthew has sung the National Anthem for the Utah Jazz on numerous occasions, and currently performs with the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. Matthew is fluent in Tagalog.
